This website may contain information about Continental products which are not available in your country. The existence of such information on this website does not imply an intention on the part of Hornschuch-Markt GmbH to assert the availability of any such products everywhere in the world. Please inquire through your Continental dealership or representative to learn more about the future plans for products that are not currently available to you.

The brands and logos (“Trademarks”) as well as the pictures, texts, product information, graphics, animations, videos and/or other media, data, information and/or material (“Material”) shown on and/or used in or in connection with the websites and products offered via the WebShop may be protected by way of trademarks, copyrights or other (registered or unregistered) intellectual property rights held by Hornschuch-Markt GmbH and/or its affiliated companies (“Affiliated Companies” shall mean any legal entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or under common control with Continental Aktiengesellschaft, Vahrenwalder Straße 9, 30165 Hannover, Germany, entered in the Register of Companies (Handelsregister) of Hannover Local Court (Amtsgericht) under the No. HRB 3527, whereby “control” means the ownership direct or indirect of more than 50 % of such legal entity’s voting rights or capital) or third parties.  

None of the information on this website or in the products is to be interpreted as to grant a license in the Trademarks, and/or the Material and/or any other intellectual property owned by Hornschuch-Markt GmbH and/or its Affiliated Companies.
